We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, LightScapes offers a refund or exchange on unused candles within 14 days of receiving your candle. You will receive a full refund minus the return shipping costs.

Damaged Candles
If upon arrival, any part of your order is damaged, please email customer service at info@LightscapesCandle.com within 14 days of receiving the product and include your order number and a photo of the damage.
