What kind of wax do you use?
Our wax is a proprietary blend of soy and coconut wax.
What ingredients do you use?
Our ingredients are sourced from all over the world. We work with companies that offer the highest quality of products and ingredients. We partner with the finest perfume houses and our fragrances are a mix of natural ingredients, essential oils, and synthetic fragrances. Whenever possible we try to use natural essential oils, but some fragrances such as water and ozone cannot be made from naturally occurring ingredients, and therefore are synthetic.
Do your wicks contain led?
No, our wicks certified lead-free and are 100% cotton from Germany.
How quickly will my order ship?
Once we receive your order, we will process it in 1-3 business days. You will be notified of your order shipping, and will be provided with tracking information. If you do not receive your order within the standard 5-7 business days, please contact the shipping provider to help track your package.
What is your return policy?
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, LightScapes offers a refund or exchange on unused candles within 14 days of receiving your candle. You will receive a full refund minus the return shipping costs.
Sales items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How can I smell before I buy?

Can I ship to a PO Box?
No, not at this time.
Do you offer gift cards?
No, not at this time but we hope to in the future.
How long before I get my refund?
Refunds typically process 10 business days after we receive the returned merchandise. These times may vary depending on holidays and fulfilment requests. If you do not receive your refund within this time frame, please contact us at info@lightscapescandle.com
Can I make changes to my order or can I cancel my order?
